G-Rap and MasterPlan are pioneers of Mexico’s raw, hardcore Hip Hop style. Together they are Mentes Agresivas. They group was formed in 1998 in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico. They first gain some national attention in Mexico with the single “Imparables” featuring Sekreto, which was later followed up with the song “Técnicas Verbales” which has guest vocals by La Dyctadora, Serko Fu and Sekreto.

In 2004 they released their debut album “Quemando Con Silva” which was distributed across in Mexico, the US and most of Latin America. There was no single or music video spun off the album, but album found plenty of web fan base at the time. I remember Sal Rojas of brownpride.com mentioning that the site got traffic of people looking for information about Mentes Agresivas. The group followed up with the release of their second album “Venganza” in 2007. The album was made available as a free downloadable album in MP3 format and could still be found online to this day.

Last month in October Mentes Agresivas released their 3rd album called “P.N,Tracion” in CD format and now the album has been made available in digital format as well.
